Bell is a good receiver and will catch more passes moving forward. If PPR is not close. Jackson is good tho but there are more Jacksons than there are Bell's.

He would be crazy not to accept. You are offering an inconsistent WR2 on his bye week for a high end RB1 who has been eating yardage left and right.

You could get a lot better for Bell. If you want to trade him, target a top 5 WR. Antonio, Jordy, DT88 maybe.
