Non PPR, 10 person standard league.

Martin is currently my Flex, and have Jordan Howard and Lamar Miller as my RB1 & RB2.

Having trouble deciding here.

What say the fantasy board? Thanks for the responses

I’m starting both Murray and Martin. However, if I had to start just one I’d start Martin. Better matchup

I'd start Martin every time. Better player on a better offense

Martin is going to be fresh against a horrible Pats defense on a short week. Assuming he is the lead back, he's a great play

Murray

I own Martin in 2 leagues and won’t touch him. Dirk has an affinity for Jacquizz Rodgers coupled with a dislike for Martin. He already said this week Quizz got a game ball va NYG and he likes what they have going right now, so not expecting much from Doug

I'm sitting him this week in favor of Powell. If he blows up, I won't even be upset about it.

Just to be clear, I think both are good plays this week. I'd expect solid RB2 numbers from either one.

I expect the Bucs to throw it a ton tonight in what will likely be a shootout, and if that's the case, you may see a lot more of Jacquizz on the field since he's more of a pass catcher. That being said, the opportunity to score TDs for Martin will be there for sure.

Meanwhile, Murray is basically Minnesota's only option with the Cook injury. I expect them to lean on the run a bit more than they typically do, even if Bradford plays. Murray should be in for a pretty solid workload.

So, they're both good plays IMO but I would just lean slightly to Murray.

Sims is the 3D back. If Rodgers is on the field, it comes at Martin’s expense, which is my point.

Murray has McKinnon to deal with, but the Vikings are favorites and should lead the whole game. Game script projects to 15-20 carries for Murray with GL work.

just how incredibly dumb is it to draft a suspended player, hold him and not play him when his suspension is up? Doug has taken every first team rep in practice since coming back.

I’m 3-1, but thank you for your concern quite possibly one of the more ignorant things I’ve read on here

I drafted said suspended player figuring/hoping they’d kick Rodgers to the curb because a he’s a JAG. That’s not the case now

I could go on and on about expectations in preseason for certain players to actual situations 4 weeks in. Things change, shite happens.

Completely agree with this synopsis. That's why I'd play Murray this week.

yeah I guess you didn't watch last year when Doug was out that Quiz was an RB2 but yet you thought he was JAG? That's an ignorant statement. And your record is irrelevant to you drafting a starting RB and not playing him

Vikings just signed Stevan Ridley. Not sure if that will impact this week at all, but certainly worth keeping an eye out.

Doug will surely be on a snap count tonight.

I want to play him bc of his matchup, but scared he won't play enough.
