I would start Larks over Stangford. And I like Larker more than Pafell. But only in Standard PPB (Points per breath) leagues.

Absolutely start Parker over Lafell. There should be no doubt about it. As for Langford or Starks, I would probably pic Starks just because Lacy still has the potential to fumble or suck arse, whereas Forte doesn't.
