I would go with Gio in a PPR league. My league is normal PPR scoring and Gio's worst game was 11.30.

Gio without a doubt.
I have Lamar/Miami haven't gotten anything done in the run game and playing NYJ at a screwed up time, I wouldn't expect any rushing game at all from MIA. Maybe a few dunks his way, but NYJ will bottle him up especially after getting embarrassed by PHI last week.

I wouldn't drop him, but he's been completely disappointing this far. Bill Lazor might be the worst OC in football.

I would roll with Gio.
Although Cincinnati's offense has been pretty dynamite, and Alex Smith has been pretty lackluster, game-flow might not play into Gio's favor if they're ahead. However, he still should a better option than Lamar Miller.
