My other RB is Foster and he's gonna be game time decision. If I go with Bell over Miller and Foster is hurt then I have to go with Blue.

Miller. Should get some run in the passing game. Plus always has the ability to break the long one. Det Rb situation sucks plus they're playing the no1 ranked run D

Blue will be a good option if Foster sits. Has a tasty matchup and a rookie Qb starting

OP - I had this same question. I'm going with Joique because Reggie is hurt again and although Lamar is active, he is expected to be limited.
ETA: half PPR for me, but that doesn't affect my decision much in this case.
