Keeper league trade- getting rid of Kershaw

Situation- My team sucks and I'm in the cellar due to injuries/bad managing. Roto league format, so it's not like I can sneak in the playoffs and get hot. I'm looking to sell some non keepers to set me up for next year.
Kershaw has an extremely high $ value and is probably not keepable. Are Rendon and Cole good enough value for Kershaw?
Rendon will cost $9 and Cole $24. Budget of $270

Cole was not kept this past year, so he was drafted at $21. Rendon was kept at $4 after being drafted at $1 the year before.
The player's "cap hit" increases by $3, 5, 8 each year they are kept.
