Keeper (dynasty) fantasy football league

I wanted to start a keeper league with salary caps, etc... thinking a 14 team league. I only have 4 so far. Anyone else have interest. I want to have all the players before setting all the rules as I would like this to ba a league effort.

I would like to play, but I only play pay leagues. Additionally, what type of draft do you plan to utilize?

what the thoughts have been... but keep in mind its very early and still getting opinions from the few that have agreed to join...
An initial auction draft using $ values from a to be determined publication. We than have a salary cap. You can keep as many players as you want... but keepers salaries go up the next season.
I think most people are considering a free league. Most everyone already on board have other pay leagues they are in.
But maybe we can convince everyone to have at least a small entry fee just so there is a little pot at the end of the season. Even if it's only 5$ per team.
