Jordy Nelson/Kelvin Benjamin Keeper Question

In my league we can only keep players drafted in the 5th round or later in the previous years draft. You get one for free and one keeper goes into their ADP spot. With that being said, nobody drafted Jordy Nelson or Kelvin Benjamin this year. Would they be worth stashing on my IR spot to keep for free next year?
