If he can stay healthy seems to be rounding into form. Otherwise rolling with Ertz and streaming TE's right now.

Considering sending Andre Williams to Jennings' owner in exchange for Reed

Std Scoring.

Fair enough?

Yeah, fair deal. That being said, right now I don't see much difference between Reed and guys like Jared Cook, Tim Wright, Charles Clay, etc. if you can find one of them on the waiver wire and hold on to Williams.

Not to sound like a dick, but how do you not see a difference between Reed and guys like T. Wright and C. Clay? Reed is potentially a beast in the making and somebody who will see upwards of 10 targets a game, as long as he stays healthy of course. The other guys are terrible.

If you want to go on someone potentially being a beast, go right ahead. Until he proves he can stay healthy, I wouldn't give anything up for him.

Jared Cook has had at least 4 catches in every game this year and is the safer option. Wright is a boom or bust guy, if you want higher potential.

What they both have that Reed doesn't is health. No, they aren't the same player as Reed right now, but they have less questions.

It depends on how good or bad your team is, but I don't like giving a valuable commodity away in a trade if I can release a scrub and opt for the waiver wire. I don't think reed brings that sort of reward. Gronk, Graham, okay worth the risk. Not Reed IMO.

He has already stated that he owns Z. Ertz, so he doesn't need a low-end TE like Cook, Wright, or Clay. He wants to trade a RB that possibly gets good value for only 2 more weeks before Jennings comes back for a potential bust out player in Reed if he stays healthy? Yeah, I'd do that no questions asked.

I have Reed replacng Ertz. If he can stay healthy and Griffin doesnt come back too soon, he is going to be a target monster. He had 11 targets on 36 snaps this past week as he was getting back into shape.

ETA - would definitely give up Williams to get him.

Even if Griffin comes back, he'll still be targeted heavily. He was one of his favorite go-to options last year before he dealt with injuries.

Right. I just think the quality of the targets will diminish and the offense will bog down more. Griffin just looked bad in the offense in preaseason and to start the year.

I like Reed either way and am dropping Ertz for him in a shallow bench league.

Agreed. I picked up T. Kelce early in the season when Reed got hurt so I have some interesting options going forward on who to start each week.
