I don't think I would take that if I had gurley unless I was loaded at rb and desperate for a wr. You might have had some luck if you had tried this a couple of weeks ago.

If you could get Gurley for Matthews I would make that trade. I am not sure why the Gurley owner would trade him for Matthews though.

I don't consider playing with idiots competitive. Gurley has not been dropped in any of my leagues. In fact, Gurley went in 5th round of a 12-teamer on here and was auctioned at $20+ in multiple leagues. But those are examples of competitive leagues.

I'm not worried about Matthews. His start reminds me of TY last year. Pre-season break out candidate, struggles with drops, doesn't look fluid in the offense, but still highly targeted the first few weeks. I wouldn't judge Matthews or sell low on him now. (This is outside scope of OP. Gurley is a highly sought after player).

No way we can tell you if moving Matthews for Gurley is the right move without knowing your team and what the scoring is like
