Any chance he can replicate TY Hilton's rookie numbers 50-861-7
It looks like Bruce Arians could use him similar to how Ty Hilton was used back in Indy. Thoughts?

Love him in a dynasty league, but would only roster him in a very deep redraft league.

I doubt it. Palmer =/= Andrew Luck (even if Luck was a rookie then). Then he has to get the ball to Fitzgerald and Floyd first. After that, his options are Ginn, Jaron Brown and then John Brown. I think he'll see the field, but I don't expect a repeat of TY's rookie year.
