Hill, because he will be elite this year and there are more elite WRs than RBs.

I would prefer Julio Jones here. Steeper drop-off in terms of production in the next WRs after him.

Standard leagues it is pretty close. But PPR I would go Julio for sure.

I always value a top tier RB over a WR. Where I believe Julio is going to have an outstanding year Hill would be a better choice to help your team win.
