I have Julius Thomas as my starter and I have the option for cook or Miller as a backup PPR league. I feel like cook may have more upside.

Martellus Bennett is at the top of TE targets per game over the last 3 years in Chicago. Cutler likes him

Look at Richard Rodgers last season, with all those injuries to the pass catchers, he still only had 85 targets. Bennett had 80 in 11 games

If you want to reference cooks athletic potential, don't sleep on Miller. He's a 4.5 guy who can jump, and I think he will have more opportunity than cook

Miller is an upside TE2

Cook is a yearly FF disappointment

For me it's Miller and it's not close. When Bennett was hurt last year he had some good games, hell he was my starter in the championship. Cook is athletic as hell, but never really produces like he should be capable of. He'll have a couple of 18-25 point games mixed in with a bunch of 1-5 point games.
