Likely on field most of the time now and most reliable target.

I think he's a solid WR2/3 in PPR and a WR3/4 in Standard.

In PPR yes. If Cooks continues to draw double coverage, Snead is good enough to hold his own. I snagged him last week.

Would anyone drop Hankerson (with Julio hobbled and likely out this week vs NO) and pick up Snead to start in his place?

Probably not. Hankerson against the Saints secondary is a better match up than Snead against the Falcons secondary.
