Yeah he isn't going to produce like last year.
I think he'll make it the team. Him and RG3 work well in the red zone together.

I say no since I don't see another 8 TDs this year and he's in his mid-30s. What is your league format? 2 WRs and Flex or 3 WRs and Flex? PPR or no? You could probably get Cecil Shorts, Tavon Austin, and Cordarrelle Patterson all for $8 or less, which are all guys that I like better than him.
On a somewhat related note, I'm playing in a 2 QB league and can keep Andy Dalton for $6. Green, Sanu, Hawkins/Jenkins, Gresham, Eifert, Charles at H-Back/FB, BJGE, Bernard. Yeah, I've talked myself into it.
