If McCoy was %100 out I would roll with Gillislee because miami 32nd ranked run defense, but I've heard McCoy may play on a snap count. Who should I roll with?

Gotta go Ingram IMO and hope he gets some goal line carries. Payton has to be trying to make that a point of emphasis I would assume.
