I don't understand Owen Daniels'' low stock at TE.

In a system he knows with a coach he has played for and Peyton Manning. He's got to be top 10 at least. I don't intend on spending a pick high enough on Gronk, Graham, Olsen, etc. so I am trying to find value in one of these guys late. Ideally, I could wait late enough and still get Martellus, but he's been going pretty high. I have no interest in Ertz, Allen/Fleener split, and little interest in Cameron. Opinions?

Isn't he pretty old? I always thought of him more of a blocker personally. Also, they passed to a TE a whole lot the first few games and then rarely after that... that might be factoring in to his lower ratings

ETA: I'd take a look at the saints TE battle. Without Graham in the mix, this could be a weekly redone td kinda guy.

When Daniels was with Houston he was my late value TE pick for a couple years. He did good enough for me in those years.

Now that he has Manning throwing to him is intriguing to me, but his age is definitely a concern and will probably keep me from drafting him.

I like him. He could likely be the 3rd option in their offense.

Richard Rogers is another guy I've taken late
