How often do you make trades during the season?How often does your league typically trade?

Most of my leagues do not have a lot of action as far as trading, minimal trades happen throughout the year. Some years at outliers but mostly its only about 4 or 5 trades a year.
How often do you and your league trade throughout the season?
I feel like the higher the buy in the less trades you usually have, owners scared to take risks.

I've made one this year. There have been about 8 so far in the league. We're very chatty and involved. Insults, random talk, football fandom, etc.

All depends on the league and their ability to let trades go thru. I am a very aggressive trader personally, I'm in 5 leagues and throw out 2-3 offers per week in each league to see if I can get a bite once a month. I tend to make more offers and moves when I'm doing well and giving away quantity for quality. I'm in one league that does about a trade or two per week and in one league that does about 2 total trades all year.

Oh Yea, we are really involved too, always talking shite and what not but for some reason the trade market is typically dead.
Most of the owners in my leagues are hesitant to trade, they value their players too much.

One league I play in is pretty active, 4-6 per year. In my PPR league everyone assumes you know something they don't and think you're trying to get over on them. We probably average 1 per year in that league.

My league only ends up with maybe 2-3 trades a year, and I'm usually involved in them. The league is otherwise very active. I put feelers and make multiple offers a week, but people are just wary to trade for some reason. It gets a little frustrating at times but not sure what to do about it.
