How much should I really trust CJ spiller?

I have him in both of my leagues. In one I have him starting over Ellington who is playing SF (spiller is playing SD).
In the other league I have him starting over Bradshaw who is facing Jax. I also have Sammy Watkins in the flex over Bradshaw, good move?
My problem with spiller is he got his points last week because of that kick return, not because of involvement in the offense. But I know from previous years of owning him that the coaches will involve him one week and not give him anything the other. Ellington, while he's been okay has only put up 10 or 11 points in the first two weeks and I don't like his match up. And while I like Bradshaw, he's still technically not the #1 back there. I'll probably end up starting him over spiller though. Just wondering what other people's opinions are.

I downgrade all Arizona skill players with Palmer out. I like Bradshaw over Spiller

Didn't even know Palmer was out. Thanks for the info
I also want to see how Ellington plays with his foot fully healthy before I play him. I just really dont trust spiller
