12 man league PPR, we get to pick two keepers. Based on where you drafted the player the previous year is what round you will be forfeiting in the upcoming draft. If you have a waiver-wire pick up that you want to keep then you give up your last round draft pick.

Player
DeMarco Murray - 2nd round
Alshon Jeffery - 3rd round
Brandon Marshall - 4th round
CJ Spiller - 5th round
Drew Brees - 5th round
Joique Bell - 7th round
Brandon LaFell - 11th round
Julius Thomas - 11th round
Ronnie Hillman - 13th round
NE Defense - 16th round
Markus Wheaton - waiver
Danny Amendola - waiver
Andrew Luck - waiver
Will Tye - waiver
Tim Hightower - waiver
Kerwynn Williams - waiver
Cairo Santos - waiver

Disclosure - Reason I have two guys drafted in the same round is because I traded for one of them. Also yes I did pick-up Andrew Luck off of waivers, the retard who drafted him number one overall in a PPR league dropped him after Luck had surgery. I scooped him up just in case he came back and Brees got hurt.

I think Luck and either Marshall if Fitzpatrick is back, Jeffery if not.

Luck and Alshon. Great value for Luck and decent value for Alshon.

Luck and Brees

Best ROI. One less top QB in the draft pool. Trade one down the road

None of those other guys are attractive enough for me at those prices

Marshall in the fourth isn't good value to you? (Assuming Fitzpatrick is the QB)

Yea with fitz helps him

Where does he go in a redraft w Fitz? 3rd? Are you drafting him as your WR1?

Most redrafts I've seen so far has him mid to late second round. Just for instance ESPN has him as their 9th WR and 19th overall. I don't think Marshall will get past the early third in most drafts this year so having him in the fourth is a steal to me. It depends on who else is being kept, but having your top three picks to add to Luck and Marshall seems like a good base to start a team.

Edit: Just did a quick look at the ranks of ESPN, Christopher Harris and Yahoo. Only Yahoo has Alshon over Marshall and even then barely. Marshall is still number 21 overall on Yahoo who's the lowest on him out of them three.

Would love to keep Brees but Luck has so much value by giving up a 17th round pick for him. If I don't keep a QB I was thinking Alshon and Marshall for my two keepers since WRs are going early and often.

I don't see any value keeping Brees for a 5th. That's proximate to his redraft price.

Luck is a no-brainer because of the value.

I would decide between Alshon and BMarsh. You're getting a 1+ round value for either. I'd be inclined to keep BMarsh at a 4th. That gives you a QB1(17) and a WR2(4) giving you flexibility rounds 1-3.

When are your keepers due?

Today, Marshall is a 4th rd pick without Fitz. 3rd rd pick w Fitz

Jeffery is a late 2nd, early 3rd.

Marshall is getting to that age when WRs start to regress (32/33 y/o), historically

Jeffery has the hammy, and Kevin white, who is a stud. Granted he did well next to Marshall, but not as well as he did W no Marshall.

All that said, getting the guys where they would likely be drafted is meh to me. You could always get them back in the draft, but there are prob better WRs.

Brees hasn't seen this type of weapontry around him in his career, both in sheer numbers and skill. Worst case, he's insurance for Luck, who was terrible last year. Otherwise, he's going to net you a nice return. He's RD1 value at his best

Good luck trading a QB for fair value in a PPR league. There are so many decent options it was almost impossible to deal anyone not named Cam last year.
