Help me at qb: I have both mannings. Should I hold or pick someone up?

I have Peyton and Eli on my roster. They've been a roller coaster of frustration to say the least.
Qb's available are:
Hoyer
Alex smith
Fitz
Jameis
Cutler
Bradford
Jff
Cassel
Teddy
Foles
Cousins
Should I make a move or stick with rotating Archie's boys?

Stick with the Mannings.
Personally I think Hoyer may be the best available. Since they went back to him he has put up 17-23 points each week in my league. They throw it a shite ton. Especially without Arian. Hoyer is solid enough and he has some real weapons with Hopkins and Washington. Solid ceiling and a high floor. Plus that division is shite so he has a number of good matchups left on the schedule.
