Got Trade Offer From Desperate 0-3 Squad (Press Accept?)

Half point PPR, I am 2-1 and some 0-3 team is desperate for Week 4. Should I ?

Well my thinking was D. Martin would be back at 100% healthy this Sunday and maybe prove to be a Round 3 or 4 type talent OR at least allow me to put him in FLEX.
I know Cobb is tough to give up but I got Fred off waiver wire last week + Ertz is solid but have Witten to replace him. tried to make 0-3 team take another WR #3 but he got fixated on Cobb. All I want is to somehow accumulate best 5 players to do 2RB-2WR-FLEX each week.

looks like the guy accepted counter offer (switched out Hopkins instead of Cobb).
