There's no written rule to address this, and this is our first year of a prospect draft. There's gonna have to be some interpretation to the rules.

That's what Im talking about. We need to talk about it as a league. Rondo just making up a law wont cut it, which is why i asked if there was good reason to hold players that are dropped. I cant think of one, but we should get some talk going and decide before we get too far. I may be missing something.

No, and like I said, I agree with you. I actually said earlier this month what rondo reiterated, but you bring up a valid point. I can't see a reason to halt transactions since everyone is still going through waivers regardless.
Curious to see if there is something I am missing.
Eta: it's actually easier on admin and the league to not halt transactions and just let everything flow.
