My email is blowing up this morning with all these transactions.
Proposed Rule Changes for 2016:
1. Give teams an unlimited number of IR slots. Injured players are not eligible to be added to teams via the WW or FA in order to prevent stashing.
2. Have a cut off date for milb free agent pickups in order to potentially add more quality players to the next season's draft.
3. Increasing roster spots (this will need more clarification as to whether its MLB or milb spots).
