No issues taken here. He has MLB service time so I wouldn't think he'd be subjected to any sort of international draft. I can see why you would have been hesitant to pick him up.

My position is that he could have been added yesterday due to prior MLB service time.
I could be wrong.
The whole International player caveat is to prevent players that have never been part of MLB coming over and being a free for all.

My thought process is that anyone who already has MLB OR MILB service time prior to last year's fantasy draft is eligible to be picked up at any time.
