Who you like more? What kind of seasons you think they will have?

Fournette: 1250 rushing, 9 tds. 200 receiving 2 tds.

McCaffery: 950 rushing, 4 tds. 550 receiving 4 tds.

If Dalvin goes to the Packers tonight he may end up as the #1 rookie RB

I really like if Foreman goes to a team like the Colts

Both these projections are optimistic, but I think the McCaffery rushing projection is nuts. I would be shocked if he pushed 1000 rushing yards with Cam and JStew in the same backfield.

He won ROY based on a 4 game stretch early 2015

His past 24 games he's at 3.4 yards per carry. Bottom 5 OL in the league, Case Keenum and goff

Jags OL is also bottom of the league the past few years based on metrics, especially run blocking. Blake Bortles has even generally terrible. If he doesn't improve it's tough for Buga

That said Mixon and Cook prob land in good offenses and teams tonight and very well may be the top rookie RBs

Todd Gurley was RB20 in standard and RB15 in PPR. That was a big disappointment compared to where he was drafted, but you won't have to take Fournette in the top 5.

Opportunity, talent, situation are probably the three most important boxes for any player when talking about fantasy sports. Fournette checks off the first 2 boxes in a big way.

Gurley, LF7, Zeke possess more oppportunity and talent that anyone going into 2017. We know what the driving factor is for their fantasy success though.

Gurley has 400+ carries in that 24 game span I spoke of - - - 2 games over 85 yards rushing in that time frame. It ain't the talent or opportunity keeping him back

JAX ain't the dumpster fire that LAR is, but a sub 60% Bortles isn't going to make it easy for him, nor is that OL. Ivory and Yeldon struggled. Not as talented obviously but they are big and fast guys

LF27 also has the whole pass game thing, not familiar w shotgun etc. Those supplemental PPR points are important. Don't want a TD dependent guy

there are still more pieces to work with in that Jags offense than Gurley had. The surrounding talent on the Rams was embarrassingly bad. If that D continues to improve he'll get plenty of touches.

if we're in a PPR I'm going Mccaffrey though

Guys like bortles and Robinson regressed last year. In the end, Bortles will be the key.

Carolina also added Curtis Samuel - that could hurt Mccaffrey in the pass game. I like Kamara over CMC for fantasy purposes

Dalvin Cook - Vikings
Joe Mixon - Bengals
Kareem Hunt - Chiefs
Donta Foreman - Texans
Sam Perine - Skins

As of today I'd have to go

1. LF7
2. Cook
3. Kamara
4. Mcaffrey
5. Mixon
6. Hunt
7. Foreman
8. Perine
9. Samuel (may not be RB eligible)

Kamara the value should be better....if you weren't playing in leagues with Saints fans, one preseason game and that's gone.

I was hoping the eagles or packers took cook in that round. Not sure I love him on the vikes, OL still sucks and they did pay Latavius Murray

Hunt and Mixon both have clear pathways to PT on pretty good offenses though

1. Brandon Albert
2. Cam Robinson (am I drafting LF cause of another rookie? no of course not, but he's better than any OL LAR has except Whitworth, who obviously wasn't there last year for a "gurley situation")
3. Divisional Opponents (not playing SEA or ARI twice a year)
4. Amount of 3 WR sets Jax runs as opposed to LAR
5. To piggy-back on 4, weapons. ARob, Thomas, Hurns, Lee
6. Again, latching on to 4, if they're going 3 WR sets, that's automatically a 7 man box he's running against if not 6 when defenses go 2-high.
7. Multitude of red zone threats. It's one thing to have threats, another to have redzone threats where the playbook isn't condensed to 1 player like in LA. Thomas, ARob, Hurns all go to guys in redzone.

RARELY would he see 8 in the box like Gurley did this year. And honestly Gurley probably felt like he saw all 11 given how close to the LOS the off defenders would play.

Bortles sucks, yeah. But lord if Bortles sucks what does that make Goff? Bortles >>>>>> Goff. And so on so forth down the line comparing skill players of Jax to LA.
