Forte or Langford?

If you had to start one who would you start? James White is also an option vs Denver.

I have Langford but I'm benching him.
All I've read is that Forte will be back doing his thing and Langford might see 5-10 snaps.
I'm sure that will be wrong though and he'll explode seeing as I benched him.

That's my worry, I don't think Forte has a setback, but I'm just worried about touches. Langford is most likely to catch a 60 yard screen for a TD and have 30 rushing.

Ian Rapoport reporting that Forte named starter but in "name only". He said Bears see Langford as more explosive and they will split carries.
