First Time Fantasy Help

So this is my first year playing fantasy. I've never been a Pro football fan as I watch more college. I know the household names but outside of that I'm lost. I have however learned a great deal the past 3 weeks. Just looking for advice on my current roster and some waiver options.
Standard scoring. 12 team league.
A. Rogers - QB
D. Murray - RB
C. Ivory - RB
S. Johson - WR
A. Cooper - WR
P. Harvin - WR
T. Eifert - TE
Bills - D/ST
J. Brown - K
Bench
T. Kelce- TE
E. Decker -WR
R. White - WR
L. Blount - RB
M. Stafford - QB
R. Randle -WR
E. Ebron -TE
I currently have a waiver for K. Williams and dropping R. White. I'm considering dropping a TE (possibly Ebron) for another RB or WR. League RB's are thin right now so it'll be Hankers, Ginn Jr, or K. Britt, or R. Matthews. Good idea? Should I stick with who I have? Any moves from the bench necessary?

Stafford, White, and Ebron are all expendable. Ebron (and MAYBE Stafford) still has some value and you may be able to find a trade. If not, just drop them and pick up K. Williams, R. Matthews, Ginn, in that order.

Actually, I'd keep Ebron and look to trade either Kelce or Eifert for a RB upgrade. Maybe package one with someone else and sell to another manager who needs a TE and target a RB1/2.

I think you need to also consider handcuffing Ryan Mathews if he's available. Murray looks awful.
