Feldman or Liriano?

What you guys think about these two? Someone released Feldman, and I'm not to keen on Liriano. Would you put ib a claim for Feldman?

Feldman has the lowest k rate of all qualified starters in the league so far, at 8.6%. His success thus far has been due to a .195 BABIP.

Picked up mchugh a couple days ago. Hopefully he continues this tear he has been on.
