FANTASY GAWDS HELP ME SETTLE THIS DISPUTE

In a league I am in a trade is pending.
A.Abdullah for E.Royal
The guy who proposed the trade had Royal. The guy who is trading Abdullah has only Woodhead, Rawls and CJ2k as options after the trade.
The guy who proposed the trade is short on HB help. So does anyone think Abdullah for Royal is even remotely a fair trade straight up?

Its not that unfair... its speculative that E. Royal will be a stud with Cutler back. Ameer plays in a hit or miss offense and could lose his job to another RB at any point
I own both FWIW and have no problem playing the weekly matchup.
