Fantasy Football Standard Lineups Offseason Thread

Im going over possible changes for our keeper league for next year and it got me thinking about a few things.
-When was the last time ESPN changed the standard starting lineup (1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 flex, 1 d/st, 1 k)?
-What are the chances, with RB's being less involved and WR's putting up bigger numbers, that ESPN and other sights modify the starting standard starting lineup next year or in the coming years?
-What do you believe is the best starting lineup combination to make it as competitive and evenly distributed as possible?
