Fantasy Baseball Rules! I need suggestions.

The only things I am committed to are 10 teams and head to head. I know that both of these aren't ideal, but this is a close knit group of friends who like to talk trash. We aren't adding two randos, and upsets rock for trash talking.
We are doing daily roster changes (weekly sucked last year).
The main stuff I need help with is positions, stat categories, bench spots, and pitching positions especially.
C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, OF, OF, OF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, P, P, BN, BN, BN, DL, DL
Hitting Categories
Runs, Home Runs, RBIs, Stolen Bases, AVG
Pitchers Stat Categories
Wins, Saves, Ks, ERA, WHIP

I like Quality Starts over Wins, but if I'm going to go away from the norm, I need some support from you guys.

I don't have any issues with standard settings... in fact, I like it. That said, people are trending towards QS over wins and OPS(or OBP) over AVG. It's not a big deal either way... I'm just more traditional when it comes to stats.

OBP is better and more meaningful than AVG. Also, use net stolen bases rather than stolen bases.

dont use net stolen bases. no way to manage for that crap
