No I wouldn't make that trade if I'm the one with Murray.

Lacy still too fat and packers always throw when in the redzone.. it's infuriating

As someone who has both, don't give up Murray for Lacy

I'm thinking Lacey is a "buy low" candidate. You have to think the packers offense will start to play better and they have a couple soft run defenses coming up.
I feel Murray had 2 decent weeks but I think he will begin to lose carries to the guys behind him throughout the season

Murray - 22/116/2 rushing and 7/57 receiving
Lacy - 26/111/0 rushing and 1/17 receiving

Not much of a difference with the advantage to Murray in receiving and touchdowns, which aren't reliable.

I think it is telling that one player is considered a bust with similar stats to a player many are considering a reliable play. Give me Lacy and the upside. They are going to need to lean on him down the stretch. I don't see Murray being any better than he is now, especially when he is only getting 44% of his team's RB touches and his coach says this:

quote:

"All of our running backs are pretty good," Del Rio said. "We were running the ball well, and they’re all going to play."

I'm a Murray owner and I'm concerned. The other guys got a lot of carries on Sunday. People just aren't paying attention because he's reached the end zone, so the points have looked good.

Lacy has been ok so far.. His ypc is fine... but my main problem with him is his weight. They gave the ball to Starks on 4th and 1 in Sunday, that's not a good sign.

I agree 100%. I'm not saying Lacy doesn't have his issues. I just think his upside is greater and he has done it before. Even if it was 60 pounds ago.
