ESPN mock draft connectivity issues

I'm doing some mock drafts and sometimes the clock delays a few seconds. It's really frustrating. Anyone else having this problem. I have the latest version of flashplayer. Is it my internet connection? I can't remember if this happened to me last year. I remember not having any problems during my actual draft. Could it be the other internet connection of the other guys in the draft?
