Eifert or Ertz ROS - PPR

Who does the board prefer ROS as a TE2? Have Delanie as my primary and TE1, but looking to add depth at the position and we can also start a TE in the flex if we want to.

I feel like Ertz and Eifert are similar type producers at the position fantasy wise and both are in decemt offenses who utilize them. Obviously both coming off injury and Ertz will have his bye week behind him after this week.
