Effects of Marshall signing with Giants?

I have both Odell and Brandon Marshall in a dynasty league. Is it good or bad that Marshall is signing with giants?

Fewer targets isn't a big deal if efficiency rises, which I could see from a game breaker like OBJ. Shep is likely screwed.
