Dynasty trade question w/ Dalvin Cook

What side of this trade would you want to be on? Maybe a short reason why,
Neither team has any glaring needs. It's a full dynasty keeps 30 players and it's a full point PPR.
Team A: Gives Dalvin Cook and gets Alshon Jeffery and Duke Johnson.
Team B: Gives Jeffery and Johnson and gets Cook.
Thanks,

Is this for a team that is competing this year or is more so building for the future? I think either way that I would prefer to keep Cook, but maybe there is more argument if you think this team is trying to win now. Dont think I am buying it either way though. I think cook has more upside by a lot than either of the two.

Team A is a current competitor; they finished in the top 3 the past 4 years.
They also have Bell, DJ, Mixon for RBs
Team B is in rebuild mode. They do have key players to win now, but are a couple away from consistent.

Team B is getting a great future piece for rebuilding and should accept that immediately if on the table for him. While I think team A has the right idea of trying to add more immediate pieces, I think he should be able to do better than Alshon.
Edit: I think at least. Maybe I'm underrating Jeffreys.
Edit2: the more I'm thinking about it the more I'm thinking that it's probably a good trade for both sides.

I am team A.
My WRs are Brown, Evans, Hilton and some debth.
I've built this team with just great drafting and a bit of luck. I traded AP, Charles, Mega when they had meat on the bones for what you see now. I also moved Jordy Nelson a year early so he gave me the chance to draft cook/Mixon this year.
@Rb I also have riddick. I feel like it adds that quality debth that could set it where I need it.
The other hand... man, Dalvin could be the truth and I would have a crazy three headed monster.
Also, Duke in PPR is pretty great. 50+ catches every year.

You're pretty stacked at WR too. I was thinking with RB's like you have that your wr's would be weaker. I don't think that adding Jeffrey really helps you that much because depending on how the starting settings are, he might not start anyway. This trade would more so just be adding depth. I'm going to waffle again. Because of how stacked your team is, I think you are better off staying with the upside of Cook.

I would stay put. It's not a bad trade, but you pretty much know what you have with Duke Johnson and Jeffrey.
Duke - a decent PPR player but never a star
Jeffrey - a solid, if inconsistent WR that is injury prone.
Neither are going to be huge cogs for your team, both would just be solid depth adds.
With Cook, you could be trading away a monster. You don't NEED the immediate depth help of Jeffrey and Duke. And although you're thinking now that Cook might not start for you, if he blows up you're looking at an unbelievable RB stable and/or a guy that you can now move for much more value than Jeffrey/Duke.
Plus, in all likelihood you will be able to trade Cook for Jeffrey/Duke at any point this year or next, even if Cook has a less than stellar year.
I'd trust what you built and not make the move. Good luck.
