Dropping bench players in ESPN once games start

Can you drop a bench player that has already played in ESPN leagues.
I don't have a kicker currently since I dropped him for Washington and was going to try a 2-1 trade. The plan is to pick up Lotz Monday and drop either Washington or Matt Jones depending on Washington's usage but if that's not doable may need a new plan

Not on ESPN.
You can on Yahoo, NFL and RTS.
