Damn

Assuming you drafted 4th or 5th

Brees with the 5th pick
Graham next
Charles after

ETA - If so..who was left on the board at RB when you made your 2nd pick

I drafted 4th.. I drafted Charles in the 1st, then Jimmy in the 2nd, then surprisingly Brees was still there in the 3rd, and then Sproles in the 4th round. I couldn't pass up Brees.

How so? In a flex TE league, Graham is a better pick than Jamal Charles.

And what do you know, it was Brees that was drafted in the 3rd.

Seems like in a 6 pt league where 20 passing yards is a point that QBs would go earlier.

Looks like you have a tough squad. A little thin at RB for a 10 team league though, but a strong starting lineup

Yea I know. because I drafted Brees in the 3rd it left me thin.. my thinking was I just want a clear cut advantage in 3 or 4 positions. QB with Brees/ RB with Charles/ RB2 with Sproles in a PPR league/ and TE with Graham. I thought there was depth at the WR position so I was able to get Reggie Wayne, Dwayne Bowe, and Jordy Nelson in the later rounds.

Man, you got Brees in the 3rd round. You shouldn't be upset at all.

I'm afraid to take Wayne again this year.
He was beast mode last year, not sure he'll do the same this year.

Depth is kinda overrated IMO

I meant depth as in there was plenty of good WR still on the board to choose from

Obviously, you're strong at QB and TE, but overall I'd consider that team weak. Sproles is a very weak RB2 [ETA: Maybe not in PPR. Never played]. Bowe and Nelson are your top WRs - either could be a top 10 player, but more likely they'll be 10-20 range, making them below average as a group. And Reggie Wayne IMO is a poor Flex.

Your depth is average. With Brees and Graham at QB and TE, there was no need to draft another player at either of those positions. You could've used those picks for another RB or WR.

Just my $0.02.

Here's the team I just mock drafted. 10 team, standard scoring; starters - 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 Flex, Def, K.

Player (round drafted)
QB - Matthew Stafford (7)
RB - Doug Martin (1), Matt Forte (2), Chris Johnson (3), Mark Ingram (11), Ben Tate (12), Jonathan Stewart (13)
WR - Jordy Nelson (5), Dwayne Bowe (6), Mike Williams (8), Miles Austin (9), Brian Hartline (14)
TE - Rob Gronkowski (4), Jordan Cameron (15)
Defense - Seahawks (10; too early, I know)
K - Garrett Hartley (16)

Like the OP, I ended up weak at WR (I usually do), but otherwise I really like that team.

I literally meant depth is overrated. If your team stays healthy it will be dangerous

Looks okay but you are a little thin at WR

I would watch the waiver wire and try to pick up a sleeper WR that is having a good first 2 or 3 weeks.

Who would you consider sleepers for 2013?
DeAndre Hopkins? Chris Givens (St.L)? Aaron Dobson? Cordarrelle Patterson?

What do you guys think about Chris givens.. I know it was only one preseason game but could he be a potential breakout this year? Or is he still a one trick pony?
