Donnie Avery or Brandon Gibson?

With Mendy officially ruled out and multiple bye weeks, who is the better FA to pick up and plug in at flex for this week? 0.5 ppr with every thing else standard.

I'm leaning Gibson since the Rams don't have much else for a choice to play keep up with the Packers while Avery has to deal with Wayne, Fleener, and a possibly poor Browns' running defense.
