My WRs: Cobb, Green, J. Brown, James Jones, Boldin
TE: Kelce

Guy needs WR&QB Help wants to trade Vick and D. Freeman for Tannehill and James Jones.

Would I be improving at all, or should I keep my team as is?

Better, but probably still wouldn't pull the trigger. Huge downgrade at QB and TE isn't worth it IMO.

Tannehill >> Vick
James Jones > A Robinson
Kelce >>> Cameron
Freeman is a one week wonder at this point. Who knows if he'll remain the starter when Coleman returns.

Hell no. Guy wants to flip his waiver wire pickup this week (Vick) and a sell high candidate (D. Freeman) for what I am assuming is your starting QB (Tannehill) and a solid WR3 (Jones).
