DJ on IR with potential designated to return after W9. Does he have value?

10 team PPR league. My RBs are Bell, Howard, Charles, Gore, Blount and White.
The DJ owner sent a trade offer: DJ for Blount.
Yea or Nay on the dice roll? He comes back and I have Bell and DJ for the end of the year. I wasn't looking to start Blount much, anyway, since he doesn't catch many passes.

I KInd of have a feeling they shut DJ down for the year. The Cards dont look too good this year and likely wont be in playoff contention by week 10/11.
But i would do the trade if you have an IR spot definatly. Expecially if your team is stacked
