A starter for a backup? I don't think unless you get return yardage.

You'll cut sproles before the seasons over.

I'm not a big fan of yeldon either, but atleast he's the #1 guy all season

No. I'd rather have yeldon. Sproles had a good week last week because the starter was inactive with injury, and he returned a punt for a td. 2 things that you can't count on for consistency. I'd venture to say that you got raped.

Why? They are never near the goal line and he's not involved in garbage time dump offs. He's upside is extremely limited. Give me Sproles who will catch 5 balls a game with a TD thrown

Everyone gets caught up in the "starting RB, 3-down back" hype.

Da faq?

So you'd rather Yeldon's 8-10 points with little to no upside as opposed to Sproles' 6-8 point games mixed in with 15-20 point games like last week?

Yeldon has no upside? You're capping his upside as an NFL player after 3 games?

I would take sproles easily. He could be a threat with Murray being a question mark of that offense gets rolling

Sproles finished as RB22 in 2014 getting 6.5 touches a game. That's highly efficient. He's already seeing more looks this year.

And sproles is all of a sudden more than a 3rd string rb who happened to get lucky with a couple td's last week? With out the td's last week Sproles had a little over 3 points in my league last week. Yeldon will get a consistent about 20 touches.

I'd much prefer to keep T.J. Yeldon, but this is a little strong. Darren Sproles is a spot-starter, at best, but I don't think you are getting much from T.J. Yeldon other than the fact that he is listed as No. 1 on Jacksonville's depth chart.
