I just think our starting lineups are too shallow. Don't really care about the added keeper, but think an extra OF slot would do this league well.

I agree. Don't care on Keepers. I actually like it at 10. But OF pool is too deep to only have 3 active spots in a 12 team league

Analysis: The Astros are taking two hitters at 2 and 5, and would love to get Swanson here. For whatever reason, they're less interested in Brendan Rodgers (my top player) than most clubs, citing underwhelming performance this spring (even though his performance last summer was outstanding).

People haven't setup their rosters for having 4 OF. We aren't adding a OF roster spot just because you have 8 OF rostered.
