Okay guys, I've lived in Florida the pat two years and finally moving back to Louisiana. When I've visited I can't do lineups or enter contests. Anybody found a way around this? I've googled and searched. My brother is going to be living in Florida so I can ask
Him to do my lineups but he won't be invested. Any suggestions guys? A proxy maybe?

i don't live far from the Mississippi/AL state line so I just drive over and set a dummy lineup.

then go back adjust later on.

i only play on draftkings now, FanDuel locks in your lineup and won't allow to readjust it if your in an illegal zone.

i don't know if this helps but that's what I do.

and I don't play every week anymore either. I stopped altogether with baseball since there are so many games.

:/

I know it's illegal in Louisiana.

And I'm not close enough to a border state to drive. That's why I asked about the proxy.

So my brother can just enter me in the contests with a dummy lineup on draftkings and I can adjust it In Louisiana no problem?

Right.

As long as the lineup is entered in a legal state.

Be careful about that- they will lock your account if they notice a ton of activity in two different states in a short amount of time.

It would probably just be better for your brother to submit the lineup himself, if you're comfortable with that.

That would be ideal, but He's a passable player but I'd rather have control. That's why I was asking about the proxy from the computer.

I would think that they would have someway of monitoring proxies but I'm not sure. I would think that states that outlawed daily fantasy gambling would demand some sort of insurance otherwise there would be lawsuits and charges filed. But what is the worst case scenario, you get a proxy and it doesn't work?

Yeah, I mean I'm
Moving back home end of August. So trying to run through all the scenarios before I go home so not trying to do it last second.

I played via VPN in the 2015 season on FanDuel. It was before they really started cracking down and monitoring players more. Cashed out at the end on the season and haven't tried again.

Happened to me last Xmas when i was down from New England visiting LA. Had a buddy put my DK lineup in. I go back in to track my players.. not long after my shite was locked.

ETA: VPNs also don't work

Honestly, I would have your brother create an account and you text him the lineups you want, venom/paypal him money to deposit, etc. Probably the cleanest way to do this.
