Cruz/Gates for Martin/Amendola

Long story. I originally had Martin and Amendola but traded them both away. Now I can get them back.
My team is decimated by injuries and byes this week, and I MUST win this week if I am to make the playoffs. The guy I would be trading with needs a WR & TE and is stacked at RB. Here is my roster:
QBs: Big Ben/Luck
RBs: Foster/DMC/CJ2K/Redman/Reece
WRs: Harvin/Cruz/Kerley/Antonio Brown/Josh Morgan/Jennings
TEs: Gates/Hernandez
I am without DMC/CJ2K/Harvin/Cruz/Antonio Brown this week. I feel like i need to make the move in order to field a team and have a prayer at making the playoffs.
12 team league. PPR. Thoughts?
