Crowell or Murray and Flex Help

Rolling with Lacy as RB1 but unsure about RB2. Either Crowell against CIN or Murray against KC?
Also flex suggestions. I have Josh Gordon but am unsure like most are regarding Manziel. Do I risk Gordon or go with Anquan Boldin ( @SEA), Keenan Allen @ DEN or Jarvis Landry @ NE? Landry to me has more upside than the other two because we have kick return yards points in our league and he has put up at least 10 in his last nine games.
