It seems like close to a toss up. I think Spiller has greater upside, but he is also more of an injury risk. I'd roll with Spiller probably because I'm a homer.

If it's close like you say it's Gio based on ADP

They aren't far away in ADP. According to that fantasypros site Spiller is #26 RB and Bernard is #28 rb and about 10 picks apart. That's negligible and completely dependent on your individual draft. It isn't like one is a 3rd rounder and the other is a 7th.

On the PPR rankings for fantasypros, Spiller is 14 and Gio is 23. For .5, they're are much closer. 20 and 25.

Yea, for PPR, the "experts" love Spiller. They think he'll be the new Reggie Bush or Sproles replacement in NO. Jeremy Hill can do many of the things that Gio can do, whereas Spiller and Ingram will have much different roles from each other. I'm still concerned that I took him in the 4th, tho.

Spiller easily. If he plays 16 games he'll catch 2x the balls Gio does

Still scared of his injury, but too much potential. Cooks is going off too. I... Like the Saints for FF.

Spiller. Has anyone ever told you that Brees throws a lot of passes to his RB's?

I took Gio, but pretty much just as a handcuff for Hill.

OP, Id wait for Tzimme to rank the two RB's and then do the opposite. I did this last year and it worked out well a few times for me.
