Championship Dilemma

I was in the Championship in my 14 man .5 PPR league in ESPN. After the Monday night game the ESPN app had the score as a tie 138-138 (Screw you Marvin Jones for only getting me 2.1 points). I couldn't believe it and was shocked that we were in a tie for the championship. I did some digging and discovered that ESPN rounds up QBs passing yards, to the nearest tenth, and sometimes a whole number. I took my QBs total yardage, Aaron Rodgers, 347 yards and multiplied it by .04 and you get 13.88, well ESPN rounded my score up two hundredths of a point to 13.9 which gave me an even score of 138. My opponent had Drew Brees, which he threw for 299 yards, multiply that by .04 and that gives him 11.96 points. ESPN rounded him up four hundredths of a point to 12 which also gave him an even score of 138 as well. If you don't round up and use the true score you have a score of 137.98 - 137.96 with me winning by two hundredths of a point. Yesterday I got confirmation from ESPN stating that I won, but the commish said he told the other owner we are going to play again week 17. Commish stated that he is on the fence on the situation but leaning towards giving me the win since ESPN awarded me the championship and after seeing me breaking it down for him. I argued that math is concrete and any way you hash it out I win by .02, if anything I got screwed by ESPN since they round my opponent up by .04 and my team by .02 to give us a tie. The commish also argued that we haven't been using hundredths of a point all year only tenths of a point, I told him it doesn't matter to use tenths or hundredths unless you have a tie in this situation. BTW, the difference between first and second is $500, 1st gets $800 and 2nd gets $300.
What would be your decision if you were the commish?

My decision is that you would be the winner, but if you continued to bitch about it or hound me over it, you are playing week 17.

You won. End of story. There is really no argument for the other guy.

You sound like a terrible commish.

It's as easy as a league vote.
