Championship - which QB?

My league's championship game is coming up and my starter for all but 2 of those weeks was Rivers. Yeah, Cutler got like 60 pts one week.. on my bench.
Realistically I expect Rivers to play a half at the most since they clinched a bye. Thoughts?
My top waiver options at QB are:
Cutler @ Detroit
Garrard @ Cleveland
Orton vs KC
Ryan @ TB
I hate to say it but I'm leaning towards picking up Cutler again. Or do I put Rivers in there and hope he plays a full game?
